As the New Year begins everyone usually sets resolutions that they know they are not going to follow through with and within the first month they give up on them.  I invite you to join me in bringing in 2012 by setting goals instead of resolutions.  Goals if set properly help you to follow through and commit to yourself versus a resolution that you don't really have to commit to.  In 2006, I decided to start setting goals and over the past 6 years I have accomplished many tasks from losing weight, attending and graduating from massage therapy school, opening my own massage business, and writing and publishing a book about cancer.
